What a busy week it has been in Room 4. This week we have been looking at what we need to do to stay healthy.
We took part is a selection of different exercise tasks such as, aerobics, yoga, line dancing, football, and an exercise circuit.
We have looked at different types of food and what we need to eat and drink to keep our bodies healthy. We made our own healthy pizza and fruit kababs.
We discussed the importance of good hygiene and we practiced washing our hands, brushing our teeth and meditating to look after our minds.
What a busy week we have had and we finished it off by completing our sponsored walk!
